WHAT DOES PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COST? - 10% of the rent amount per month. 50% of a the first rent amount for finding and installing a new tenant. 10% for a lease renewal.

DO YOU DO MAINTENANCE ON THE PROPERTIES? - Absolutely, we can do most things in house as far as general maintenance or handyman stuff goes. We can fix and address just about anything that goes wrong with your property. If it is an issue that we can solve and get fixed quickly for you we will do it, if it requires us to find a professional such as an electrician or a plumber we will do that as well. In all these cases we communicate with you so that you are aware and are able to approve all the repairs or maintenance costs associated.
